City of Boston Finance Commission
Boston Finance Commission, also known as "FinCom", is an independent watchdog agency created to monitor "any and all business of the City of Boston." The purpose of the FinCom is to ensure the taxpayers, residents, business owners and employees of the City of Boston have an advocate for honest and transparent governmental operations in the city.
The Finance Commission offers an outlet for concerns and complaints for those who feel they are not being heard.
The Commission convenes often throughout the year. Meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend. All meetings are held at 43 Hawkins Street in the Curley Conference Room (2nd floor) and are virtual via Zoom. Meeting information can be found below.
